Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled. A $5.00 restocking fee may apply.

Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel or modify your subscription anytime by logging into your account or contacting us at support@tryvirida.com. Please cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment to avoid additional charges.

Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our 90-Day Refund Policy.
